Point Edward, ON – Lambton Public Health (LPH) is reminding high school aged students and parents or guardians of students with out-of-date immunization records as required by the Immunization of School Pupils Act, 1990 (ISPA) that students face suspension as of Tuesday, March 26, 2024 if their records or a valid exemption are not reported to Public Health before that date.

Wyoming, ON - Lambton County Library cardholders are now able to borrow Smart Card Library Passes that will provide unlimited travel fare for up to five days on Huron Shores Area Transit, an inter-community public transit service linking Lambton Shores, South Huron, North Middlesex, Bluewater, and Kettle & Stony Point First Nation with each other and Sarnia, London, Goderich, and Strathroy.

Council approves 2024 County Budget

Wyoming, ON - Lambton County Council has approved a net levy rate increase of 5.5% to the County property tax levy, finalizing the County's 2024 Budget at the Council meeting held this morning.
In total, the budget calls for spending $283.7 million in 2024, $95.6 million of which will be raised through local property taxes.
