Lambton County Libraries closed for Canada Day

Wyoming, ON – Lambton County Library locations and book return bins will be closed on Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2 for Canada Day. No items will be due on July 1 or July 2 as all due dates have been adjusted.

Smoke from forest fires affecting air quality in Lambton County

Point Edward, ON – Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) ratings as calculated Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation, and Parks (MECP) and Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), have reached levels considered to be Very High risk as of 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27 due to active forest fires in northeastern Ontario and Quebec. Sarnia, ON – The Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery invites families and members of the public to drop-in to the art studio every Saturday afternoon for Family Saturday, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. These short, artist-facilitated studio activities are inspired by the current exhibitions. New activities will be offered every month, with the same activity running weekly for the entirety of that month.
