Point Edward, ON – Lambton Public Health (LPH) is advising all adults that have participated in local adult recreational hockey in Lambton County over the past 2-3 weeks to monitor for COVID-19 or any cold-like symptoms and to get tested if symptoms are present.

Point Edward, ON - Lambton Public Health (LPH) is investigating an outbreak at Vision Nursing Home, declared on Sunday December 27. LPH received the laboratory-confirmed positive COVID-19 test result for a resident.
A long-term care or other communal living setting outbreak is declared facility wide when there is one or more lab-confirmed COVID-19 case in a staff member or resident, and possible exposure to others in the setting has occurred.

Point Edward, ON - Lambton Public Health (LPH) is investigating three new workplace outbreaks and one school outbreak, all declared on Saturday December 26. LPH has received five laboratory-confirmed positive test results for COVID-19 linked to the first workplace, two linked to the second and also the third workplaces and two linked to the school.
