Wyoming, ON - The County of Lambton Emergency Control Group met Monday morning to discuss updates in the current COVID-19 situation. The group will meet on Wednesday and Friday this week to discuss new developments and planning requirements. Additional meetings will be scheduled if needed.

Point Edward, ON - Lambton Public Health continues to work with health system partners to monitor the situation in Lambton County. Local and provincial authorities have increased testing with a focus to control and limit outbreaks in Long Term Care facilities and retirement homes.

Current Testing Priorities in Lambton

  • All residents and staff in Long Term Care facilities and retirement homes including those who do not have symptoms.
  • Symptomatic individuals in the community.
