Child Care Career Fair taking place March 26 in Camlachie

Sarnia, ON – Lambton Rural Child Care is expanding and looking to hire for multiple rural employment opportunities in the local early years and child care sector. They will be hosting a career fair in partnership with the Lambton Works Centre on Wednesday, March 26 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Camlachie Community Centre (6767 Camlachie Road, Camlachie).

This event is open to the public to network, apply for positions, discuss opportunities, and learn more about careers within the Early Childhood Education (ECE) industry. 

“These career fairs help our organizations attract and recruit high-quality staff to help children grow and thrive,” said Lori Veroude, Executive Director, Lambton Rural Child Care. “As child care providers, we are all working together to support the overall child care workforce expansion across all of Lambton County”.

This is a drop-in event, bring your resume and be prepared for an on-site interview. The career fair will showcase various in-demand positions and career paths available for people wanting to work in child care within Lambton County. This includes positions for ECEs, ECE Assistants, Supervisor and Cooks.  If you are interested but unable to attend the in-person event, apply to the online postings linked above.
