At the County of Lambton, we are passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents and their families. Our Long-Term Care Division runs three Long-Term Care Homes and two Adult Enrichment Centres in Lambton County. The division also runs the Lambton County Connects program, a telephone-based program for older adults in Lambton County that allows them to participate in programs and socialize with others from the comfort of their own home.
