On the advice of our Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Sudit Ranade, Lambton County is encouraging measures for the public to take to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our region. Enacting these measures will help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Lambton County.
Dr. Ranade strongly recommends practicing enhanced social distancing. This means not just the avoiding large gatherings, but also limiting social interactions beyond essential contact.

- Wash your hands often with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer
- Sneeze and cough into your sleeve
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
- Avoid contact with people who are sick
- Stay home if you are sick
- Limit unessential travel
