County enters conditional agreement to purchase property for potential affordable housing

Sarnia, ON - The County of Lambton’s Housing Services Department has entered into a conditional agreement to purchase the St. Bartholomew’s Church property on Cathcart Blvd. within the City of Sarnia.

The County is undergoing its due diligence against the property, with the intention of the potential purchase being to develop new affordable housing.
