Sarnia, ON – The Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery is inviting adults to take part in an Introduction to Beading workshop led by artist Mo Thunder on Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
In this workshop participants will learn basic beading techniques and will receive their own beading bundle with everything they need to get started and continue at their own pace afterward. No prior experience is necessary.
Mo holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in studio art with a focus on drawing, silkscreen printing, photography and video from Fanshawe College and the University of Lethbridge. They are also self- and community-taught, with over 15 years of experience in community arts facilitation, organization, education, collaboration, and consultation.
The cost of participating in the workshop is $50 plus tax, with a discount available for members.
