Sarnia-Lambton Alerts is a public alerting system used to notify subscribers and those with publicly-listed landlines of emergencies. Residents will typically receive alerts for tornado warnings, drinking water emergencies, shelter-in-place advisories, evacuation advisories, and missing children.

Subscribing to Sarnia-Lambton Alerts allows users to select how they wish to be notified during times of emergency (i.e. Everbridge App, text message, phone call, email, etc.).
As a subscriber, you can also choose to receive notifications about non-emergency events that affect your home, workplace, school and more. To ensure you receive non-emergency alerts - such as road closures or municipal service notices - please download the Everbridge App for Android or iPhone.)
Sarnia-Lambton Alerts is funded by Community Awareness/Emergency Response (CAER) so there is no cost to subscribe.
CAER does not manage subscriber information and municipal officials will not share your information with other agencies
All alert messages are sent by municipal or emergency officials.
You can delete your account at any time.
