A sign permit is required for the construction of any sign, notice or advertising device measuring greater than 1 foot by 3 feet, located within 100 metres of the centre line of a County Road (the County control area).
Signs measuring less than 1 foot by 3 feet are classified as temporary and will not require a permit, provided you receive a letter of approval from the Manager of Public Works.
Before you are issued a sign permit, you must meet the details and specifications outlined in By-Law 94 of 1999 and the Amendment to By-Law 94 of 1999.

You can get a sign permit application in person from the Public Works department at 789 Broadway Street, Wyoming during regular business hours, or download the application online.
Fee
A sign permit costs $100.00, payable when you pick up the approved permit and before beginning installation.
