In accordance with By-Law 13 of 2008, you must get permission from the Public Works department before the placement, reconstruction or alteration of any private pipeline or related plant/appurtenance (gas, sewer, water main, etc.) under, along or across the County road allowance.
Application and fees
You can get an entrance permit application in person from the Public Works Department at 789 Broadway Street, Wyoming, or download the application online.
Private Pipeline Application - Commercial and Industrial Installations
You must submit the appropriate application, road use fees and security deposit to the Public Works department. You can find these fees in Schedule A of By-Law 13 of 2008. The security deposit will be returned to the applicant, without interest, upon the receipt of all necessary deliverables and the completion of all restoration.
