Housing & Homelessness Resource Centre (HHRC)
If you are experiencing homelessness, drop in to the HHRC on weekdays between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
These are opposite hours of the overflow shelter. This enables all individuals experiencing homelessness to be inside if they choose.
Services Provided
- basic needs supports, including food security
- income supports
- housing case management
- health services, including harm reduction
- culturally appropriate supports
HHRC and Overflow Warming Centre Information
- During extreme weather warnings, existing client restrictions for both the Lodge and Overflow will be lifted.
- Clients may stay inside at all hours.
- Non-shelter clients can enter the warming centre at any time during the extreme weather warning, but if they leave overnight, they will be expected to stay outside.
