The County of Lambton requires that contractors or sub-contractors, who have not been contracted by the County's Purchasing Coordinator, follow the requirements of Policy H04.04 Contractor and Sub-contractor Safety.
Eligibility Lists
In order for your company to be included on the contractor eligibility list and able perform work on County of Lambton properties, the following documentation must be on file with the Procurement & Project Management Department prior to any work being done:
- Completed Contractor Safety Questionnaire and Contractor Sign-Off Sheet (H04.04.003 and H04.04.004)
- Contractor Liability Insurance Certificate (minimum of $5 million general liability) showing the Corporation of the County of Lambton, 789 Broadway Street, Wyoming, Ontario N0N 1T0 is added as an "Additional Insured" party
- WSIB Clearance Certificate listing the Corporation of the County of Lambton as principle name
The County prefers to pay accounts via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please complete the EFT Direct Deposit form.
