New Early Resolution Court
January 4, 2023
The County of Lambton, Court Services Department is now transitioning to an Early Resolution Court. This means that offenders will have the choice to schedule a meeting with the municipal prosecutor for resolution prior to setting a trial date, as Option 2 on their Part 1 ticket.

Permanent Location Change

The Court Services Department has permanently relocated back at the Lambton Shared Services Centre, effective January 3, 2023. The new address is:
